Automarketing Group

Hi, I had recently decided to sell my G35 06 Coupe and I had posted it on Kijiji. With in a few days i had received a call from a women named: Natasha and she told me what she does is she has clients that will buy the car from her, which have debt issues, but their company will give it to their clients @ a higher interest rate. I let her continue she explained to me she has a high sucess rate like 87% with in 14 days of my asking price @ the time which was 20k+ she didnt even say o thats to much or anything IMO i think if i said 26k she would of been sure. To hear a deal like this come along i was excited because ima have my car sold fairly quickly and i didnt jack all. Well here comes the catch she needed to charge my credit card like 580$CDN to secure the sail of my car, i said well why dont you just add it to the sale price and you guys get more she explained that its to make sure i dont sell the car now since they will purchase my car and she has a client right now already interested in my car which i had on the market for a few days. At this point i didnt think things through as i was very happy cause i have my car locked and sold and i agreed to make the payments for the car. Ahh yes i forgot she told me the payment is fully refundable if they dont sell it in like x amount of days i think it was like 2-3weeks i dont recall iam like how can i lose. Going on a few days go by and i thought about what actually happened i havent signed anything i feel like i just gave them my $$ to some random person so i did some researchinng and looked @ their site what they actually did was take my orignal add and take my phone number off and put their phone number on. After that i was like ok what ever i got jipped for something i could of done, what they do is just take your add bill your *** and put it all over their sites or add websites(which is great if you get your car sold) but my car hasnt been sold after more than 2 months now. Generally i had this feeling after all was done. Now dealing with natasha i would call her like every 3 days and ask about her "client" which i dont think ever existed she kept telling me about loan payments and they need to sign some papers and they should be calling me in the next few days ( and she kept using this story) finally i got pretty mad( not to mention their phone company sucks where i had been disconnected a million times and could never get through and hung up on) . Natasha than sent me to her manager i cant recall the name i dealt with this gentlemen the same way he told me the same story, than i started getting pissed, they than sent me to the 3rd guy which was the manager of the manager of natasha( like WTF?). The 3rd manager had given me the same story telling me that he will do all in his power to help get rid of my car for me which i think was bull**** cause he got his $$ already.

I guess generally i wanted to put this out to prevent other people from going with them yes i wouldnt call it a scam (maybe i do, i dont really know)as they do provide a service but their customer service and promise to do things is beyond horrible i would never ever recommend them to anyone they are in my age of 27 worst buisness i have ever dealth with. I would like to add as they have never EVER called me back once as they promised to many times, another thing they have the gateway keeper which keeps tabs on you so everytime you call you have to give your phone number, which id's you, and then he tells you that your representative working with you is on break or busy or what ever probably i have called them in the last 2 months more than 33 times and if you include the hang ups near the 50's.

If this company calls you if you choose to accept their service BE prepared to go what i went through and i apologize if this is in the wrong thread.
if you have any questions please feel free to pm me.

Usually i can read this kind of stuff, but this one actually hurts to read. Im not a grammar or punctuation **** by any means.

All i got is he got had with a place like carmax except they offer to sell your car for money. He paid the money and they took forever to sell his car or didnt sell it. Now OP is pissed and says dont use them.

Sorry nchi but I would call this a scam. They took your $580CDN and I would be extremely surprised if you ever hear anything from them. I would also keep a close eye on your credit card account as they have you card number. I hope I'm wrong. If I were you I would stop payment on your credit card immediately then call them and tell them you changed your mind and will sell the car yourself. If you didn't sign anything you don't have a contract with them.

Cliffnotes- He put his car on a website like craigslist. Someone contacted him with a BS scam about being a middle man to sell his car "quick and easy" but required $580CDN as a deposit. He sent money, all they did was re-post his craigslist add with their phone number and give him the run around.

forgot to mention reason why it isnt a "scam" because it is service they provide i had contacted my credit card company, i dont know if its only my mastercard but i can obtain a dispute(refund) after the 90day period when the company doesnt stay true to their terms which is posted on their website

and again i was tilted from that **** that happened to me which i was just type like a maniac

nchi this company has an F rating with the Better Buisness Bureau of Nevada. This is what the BBB has to say...As of 9/14/2010, the Bureau has been UNABLE to confirm this company has a valid local business license for the locale in which they operate. IF A CONSUMER DOES BUSINESS WITH AN UNLICENSED FIRM, THEY DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. The BBB has had 79 complaints filed on this so called company. All 79 have been unresolved because the company never responded to the BBB. If you want to find out more GOOGLE their name. Threads are posted on several forums about people being scammed. Sorry! Just because someone has a flashy website does not mean their legit. That's all part of the scam.

Any chance they got your orignal craigslist ad description, and added commas, periods, and paragraph breaks to it?

By the look of the first post, it seems like that alone might get your car sold.
JK good luck with getting your money back, I hope it works out.

I'm not saying to use them. Just bring guns to scare them into giving you your money back.
