Which dealer??? Tustin or Mission Viejo?
I need to take my 07 G35 coupe in for a 30k service, get the stereo replaced under warranty, and a general checkup before the factory warranty runs out in May. Any experience with the above dealerships? Good? Bad? Any reason to choose one over the other(other than cost)?

Thanks for the input.

I personally would avoid Tustin at all cost. I've never had good experiences at Tustin Infiniti. Most of the service advisors there have very little to no knowledge about our cars and our buncha snobs. They ran my car through their wash on two occasions when I clearly instructed them not to wash it. The worst part of the experience was that they weren't even apologetic. I haven't experienced Mission Viejo yet, so I can't comment on them. Let us know how they take care of you at MV if you happen to go there, since I'm also located in Irvine. I hate having to drive to Riverside for service/warranty work all the time.

The 2 Infiniti dealership I've been to were both complete idiots. I don't think there is 1 Infiniti dealership that as good as the Acura dealership I've been to when it comes to customer service, knowledge about the cars, and overall experience.
Heck, even the Nissan dealership I've been to was more friendly than the 2 Infiniti dealership I've been to.
It wasn't a surprise when I heard Costa Mesa Infiniti was forced to shut it's door.

I got my Infiniti at Tustin after being at MV Infin for a half hour without anyone bothering to approach me so I am no fan of MV at all. I called for service without any help and ended up doing 2 oil changes at Tustin and they were decent to work with. Pretty straight forward but I wouldn't call the service anything beyond mediocre. My 30k service is up next month and after getting quotes all over OC I will have it done at Tustin Nissan for $365.00. The service advisor said that Infiniti being next door has been fantastic for their service department as you can save hundreds by walking across the street and get identical service. So that is my recommendation for your 30k.
