This is legit!
Click on the link --> click on your state --> click on your city
Random citizens have posted speed traps all over North America and it's dead on... at least in my city.

This one describes the trap PERFECTLY and how I got my speeding ticket too. Exact word to word accuracy on what these pigs do at Starke.
US 301 & CR 18 Starke, Florida
Speed limit is 65 mph on this section of US 301- then changes with no warning to 55 mph for only 2/10 of a mile around this intersection (0.1 mile on each side of the traffic light). If you have the green light on 301 (and most people do), and you miss the single sign saying 55 mph, you have a ticket. It is clearly meant to generate income for the city of Starke, though it should be illegal to have a speed limit change for only 0.2 of a mile. You are driving along at 65mph thinking you are doing the right thing ... police seem to love catching law-abiding citizens making a 10 second mistake.

True, legitimate and up to date (2011) for Roswell and Smyrna Ga.
Roswell GA is especially scary after 11pm any night when PD will slowly drive behind a vehicle on route to home for miles. Just like stalking this makes you creep out.
They will blue light you (especially if you are alone) and state that you "failed to maintain" lane as probable cause, even it is not true.
All just to see what can be built upon. In my case nothing stuck after at least 20 minutes of interview.
Lets see, they have a computer and your tag number, vehicle owners general profile, it is known where the car and driver reside (in the town) and your driving safely and in control. What wrong with this late night procedure, possible entrapment is quite possible.

^^^That's not Entrapment; Entrapment is when an officer asks or persuades someone to commit a crime who had no prior intention to commit a crime. Not saying that the situation you described isn't unethical - but it isn't entrapment.
I live in the city, so the cops here usually have better things to do than stalk people. But the bad thing is that when a real crime is happening it takes them over an hour to show up.
