Here's a little passion for you all. Inspired by summer tires, bad weather, and a double espresso:

The smooth black, deep as caverns and soft as skin, yet slick and harsher than before, takes me where I want to go. The friction forming vectors as the force normal shifts beneath heavy cargo. Patches push power in parallel, propelling my person to pursue pleasure. This is summer, this is heat, this is power.

But heed the call of the north, sleet sheets coat roads once clean; the dependable molecular attraction consuming my wealth rendered moot. There is not an exception, there is no level of skill, there is no lady luck or fate to guide me, only caution. Heed the call, slow down, don't let the needles rise.

When weather works weeping wonders we wheel with wisdom.

The sun will come another day, and my shoes will hold traction through thin and twisty.
