Red Line fuel injector cleaner goes in your gas tank! I use it after/before I do an oil change because that's my routine. Sorry I wasn't more explicit so not to confuse anyone. Think about it, how would injector cleaner work if you put it in your crankcase?

Okay, well I don't know how 'gas treatment' has anything do with 'oil additives.' Apparently gas and oil are the same thing now, idk. I would assume no one would be stupid enough to add fuel injector cleaner to their oil...

Yeah you can do that. You can also throw some dish soap in there for good measure; I hear Dawn (be sure to get the green apple) works best.

NNONONONONONONONONO !!! The best way to clean everything out is to use some simple green with some oxiclean (the powder version) added to it! I guarantee at least another 10hp from it !!!

This is correct, the blue Dawn is for boat motors only. It's the best way to convert your boat to a very expensive bubble machine.

The Green Apple Dawn is for automobiles only.

I'm only clarifying this because I know of someone that cleaned spilled oil from their boat motor compartment using the blue Dawn and has had bubbles flowing from the drain for quite a while due to using it. It is now a $110,000. Hallett Bubble Maker

PLEASE don't anyone think I'm serious!
