^^
I never disagreed with that. I take full action of letting him use my account.
Candlestick has already confirmed what has happened.

That is what I said he deserves a temp ban for his part in helping his friend scam our members....nice guy or not his actions led to scammer being able to scam guys on here. Not to beat up on you apex but that is how I feel and I have said my thoughts and will leave it up to the mods to hopefully punish you for allowing your friend to break the rules put in place to protect our members.

Steadfast. When people say they vouch for someone what does that mean? If I get ripped off not only do I show up at his address and kick his a$$ I come over to yours and kick it as well

Maybe saying you can corroborate his story is what you should say

I'm fine with a temp ban, i just still want to be on the community. These guys are vouching for me because they know me personally and that i would not have done what the scammer did. They are just helping me prove that i the real user, is not the scammer.

Haha no, what I meant was I was vouching that he was indeed the real apex and not the other guy, now as far as this situation goes, that's all you guys. I'm not in it.

Vouching would be a correct term because I am confirming his character.

I'm curious man, so what's going on with your friend currently? What's his excuse for never shipping out the parts?

LOL, but what if you vouched for a guy who actually DID scam? I think that would warrant TWO a** kickings.... just saying.

Apexi, glad you got it worked out, and I agree with the others. Slap on the wrist (temp ban or $1000 fine, whichever is more profitable) should be in order.

I think we should tie him to a chair and make him watch every "Jersey Shore" episode ever made. That seems like a fair punishment.

i dont get it. why use a "friends" account when its so easy to jus make ur own account. unless that was the "friends" intention from the beginning.

also u say u drive a sedan yet werent u saying something like u couldnt get parts out becuase u didnt have a ride to fedex or something like that in fullviets thread?

we are all members of a facebook g35 regional group in Atlanta. i have also been reading about the situation and i didnt like the kid from the beginning(scammer). Apexi the real owner of the account understands that now he has to come here with a tarnished reputation at the expense of a stupid kid. the kid also threatened his life and thought this would be some easy scam on our community which apparently he isnt aware of how we handle those scammers in what is pretty much to me a brotherhood of car enthusiasts. Apexi in no way deserves an *** kicking and it is solely in the hands of the mods to ban him. my will not express my views on that because that should seem obvious from my understanding of this whole situation.
