I need help guys, please

2 PROBLEMS- Its going to be hard to explain, but i will do my best.

PROBLEM #1:
IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUNK, IT UNLOCKS BY ITSELF WHILE IM DRIVING AND WHILE I STOP EVEN WHEN I LOCK MY CAR IT UNLOCKS BY ITSELF.... WHILE IM DRIVING IT JUST KEEPS UNLOCKING LIKE SOMONE IS THERE PRESSING A BUTTOM ITS SOOOOO ANOYING DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THAT COULD BE??? OR HOW TO FIX IT???

PROBLEM #2:
THE SECOND PROBLEM IS MY PASSENGER WINDOW, WHEN I PULL THE BUTTON UP TO CLOSE THE WINDOW IT GOES ALL THE WAY UP AND IT CLOSES, BUT THAN RIGHT AWAY IT OPENS HALF WAY BY ITSELF...THE WAY I HAVE TO CLOSE IT IS I HAVE TO HOLD THE BUTTON UP AND WHEN THE WINDOW IS CLOSE I HAVE TO PRESS THE WINDOW LOCK BUTTON FOR THE WINDOW TO STAY CLOSED. EVEN WHEN I DO THAT ONCE I EXIT THE CAR AND LOCK MY CAR, THE WINDOW OPENS HALF WAY AGAIN, SO I HAVE TO GO BACK IN THE CAR AND DO THE SAME THING AND EVENTUALLY IT STAYS CLOSED.... ITS PISSING ME OFF IDK WHAT IT IS AND ITS ANNOYING AS HELL, SO IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW... AND ONLY THE PASSANGER WINDOW DOES THIS.

THANKS GUYS, HOPE TO HAVE SOME ANSWERS.

Trunk lid issue could be caused by a faulty switch or a wire shorting out....I vote for the switch. Window sounds like a bad relay or flaky motor. This is when you need to visit your Nissan dealership, cost is less than Infiniti and their mechanics are better trained. Regardless it won't be cheap if you're out of warranty....
