Nice findings. But why would we do this rather than just buy an aftermarket performance clutch such as JWT?

The design of the new brackets is about 75% complete right now. I've been working on the 3D Solid Modeling for them in my spare time (lunch hours & breaks) so I should have the final design finished up within the next week or so. Once the design is finished I can have samples made literally next day for testing and to get you guys some pics of the finished brackets.

Once I get the first off samples tested on my car I'll be able to come up with pricing for everyone next week.

The proof of concept is the heavily modified stock bracket in my G35 that I have been driving ~100kms a day with for the past 4 weeks as my tester.

I'm anticipating that these complete bracket assemblies, painted and with all needed hardware would be less then $100 shipped to your door.

Fortunately though the more people that are interested in buying one the cheaper they become for everyone
Sounds good bro... Hopefully this will give me time to get my motor squared away, but def ready for the buy when you are

I'm completely game. Feel like such a noob even without the spring in the pedal.

Price shipped to 49009 when you get it all rolling.

PRAISE THE BABY JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm in. and i'll tell my buddy. we have both done the mods and still are not totally satisfied.

i love how people think changing the CLUTCH changes the retarded PEDAL. taking the spring out is a HUGE step up.

if it's how you say it is, i'd pay 4500 bucks for it! not really...but you can count me in. 110%.

good work man. i'm gonna be chompin at the bit though....cause my G hibernates when the salt hits the roads.

man....i got so excited when reading this. this clutch pedal is a complete joke. i LOVE my G to death, but i'm not sure how they thought that clutch pedal assembly was acceptable. it's disconnected from what you feel and know as a manual driver as to what is ACTUALLY happening. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Add my name to the list.
I have thought it was "just me" since I bought my 05' G35 Coupe. I thought I was forgetting how to drive a stick...
Glad to be wrong and ready for a reasonable solution!
