Alarm Troubles. Need Help!

So I have an '06 6MT G35 coupe, and the alarm is giving me some trouble. I went to move it out of the garage today, and the battery was completely dead (as I expected it to be). It's been sitting for a few months. I unlocked the door with the key and got in to see if there was any power at all, which there wasn't. So I popped the hood and hooked up the jump pack, and as soon as I connected it, the alarm started going off. I tried the remote, the locks in the car, and nothing shut it off. What struck me as odd, is that the car will still start, but the alarm keeps going off even while the car is running. I'm out of ideas, so I could use some help! Thanks!

(assuming an aftermarket alarm) Pull the under-dash down and unplug the brain. It's probably fried or otherwise damaged if the remotes aren't working.

if it's the stock honker then I dunno what to say...never seen that.

Your remote battery is probably dead. To defeat the alarm without the remote, unlock the drivers door from the outside using your key.
