So what you think...

Currently my car is at 68k and running strong, thinking about putting full synthetic oil in the G soon but no clue if the dealership uses that already or something else.

My question is when should I do a complete motor restore, fluid change, overall upgrade? Im driving like 200+ miles a day and expect the car to take on some ware but dont want it dying on me. What you guys think I should do?

Car gonna be outta paint shop friday or so so I'll post pix up here so you guys can check is transformation

You drive 200 miles a day? That g has a lot a good miles on there. 70k does sound nice, wouldnt hurt if you do do it. It would be better for the g

If properly maintained, the engine shouldn't need an overhaul for a while. I believe some on here are over 200k.

The words "Tune Up" doesn't really apply to 21 century vehicles, that used to mean point/plugs/condensers and possibly new cap and wires if needed. Nissan recommends service at 30 and 60K miles which includes replacing all fluids and filters plus checking on belts. I hope with close to 70k miles you have followed their recommendations. You don't need to have the dealership do your service, any qualified mechanic can easily perform what's needed. Using synthetic oil and a quality filter like WIX is good for your engine regardless of mileage.

Telcoman over at NICO has 150K on his '06 6MT, says it still runs like new, definitely looks it. And he's in NJ. Runs 87 octane regular, gets about 24mpg. Changes the oil every 3-4K, uses whatever is on sale. He did have to replace the wiring harness once.

98K here and still runs/looks like new. I've had a few maintenance issues, mostly due to being lowered. I've replaced both front control arms around 75K miles, and need to replace both front ball joints and the differential bushing, but the motor and tranny are as strong as ever. Took my baby on a 4000 mile round trip to Cali and back and September and she ran like a champ.

My dealer has been using Quaker State conventional oil for my G for a while. It gets no oil consumption problems so Im afraid to change to synthetic and risk messing this up. I would be so mad if it started to consume oil as soon as I change the type of oil I use. Ill just stick to Quaker State for awhile.

btw im at 93k miles

It certainly wont hurt. Flush fluids, refill, check belts, change spark plugs...... if you have an extra couple hundred dollars laying around I say do it. I say hold off until you are closer to 100k miles though.
