Did your hfc's throw your SES light?
Just wondering how many people installed high flow cats and that cause their service engine soon light to come on? If it did cause it to come on, what did you do to clear the SES? Did the car still run like normal? A local guy is selling his Megan test pipes for $50 and I'm really thinking of getting them. I'm installing my plenum spacer and probably changing the spark plugs this week. If I get the pipes and get them installed and the ses light comes on what do I do to clear it? I'm not too worried if the car still runs fine but I don't want it spitting or sputtering or anything. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

My BERK'S HFCs thru the dreaded SES warning which freaked me out at first until I discovered I had created a lean condition by having so many breather modifications. The fix was an Osiris tune which gave me another 24 RWHP 19 lbs torque and cleared the SES forever. There's a way to fix everything, buying the right mods in the beginning will keep you from having the SES warning....for a while. MotorDynes ART pipes and spacer will give you some noticeable butt dyno hp.

If I get them I'm going to get some nonfoulers to install on the pipes before I put the pipes on. I've got an 05 sedan and found a z midpipe was thinking about getting that and maybe the magnaflow muffler. After I've got the exuast my mods will include intake, md spacer, ichiba Y, and the rest of the exhaust. Was planning on maybe doing the grounding kit lastly. After that I want a tune. I keep hearing about Osiris tuning for our cars. Can someone give me some input on Osiris please. I'd like to check them out and see prices and all.

You can find out more information about the Osiris tune by reading all the posts in our Tech area. That's where you find results and prices along with locations in your area. My tune cost $500, if I add other mods like Vortech they only charge $100 to retune SLICK which seems reasonable.

Easy fix, find out what the error code is and fix it. I had two, right bank sensor and the lean condition. Sensor was easy once I got it up on my buds lift and I bought the sensor from Infiniti....mistake @ $165.

UpRev is the company, Osiris is the tune. But yeah, I have a full intake and exhaust including Berke HFCs, and did the Osiris tune the same day. Never had an issue with the SES light coming on.
