I ordered the compression rod bushings from a vendor here on the forum and got them within a day of ordering them!

Lower control arm should be here by tomorrow.

Got new wheels and tires stacked up in the garage waiting to go on when everything is finished up. All that and a four wheel alignment and I should be good to go.

I decided to hold off on the coolant until school is out and I'm back home for the summer.

Ill post pics and let you guys know how it goes. Thanks for all the tips so far!

I couldn't wait to put the wheels on, and I'm not driving it until its aligned so I snapped some photos.

For what I paid, I can't complain.

All finished up on Friday night. Got everything installed without any problems. Took it in for an alignment and got it back rollin straight and steering tight as ever.

Ill post pics of the old control arm later.. it was hammered!

Nice. IMO some OEM front and rear splash guards would look good.

Did you remove/press the compression rod bushings yourself or did you have it done? And how difficult was the control arm to remove/install. Good job tackling the to do's.

Had to have the machine shop press in the comp rod bushings.

The control arm itself was SUPER easy. It dropped right out and the new one slid in with ease.

Old control arm bushing where it mounts to frame:
