Well, i am sure you checked out the market place and you might be able to get it used for a good price. What else you want to do to your car? Coilovers are not cheap but it does lower to your standards.

I don't wanna get a used set ..... I did that with the 240 and the ones I got just didn't ride right ...... I want a good dd coilover and I think just about any coilover will out perform oem setup.

well, anytime you drop a car the camber goes too. my drop was 1 1/4 and it put me at -2.5. If you want your tires to last longer get a camber kit.

also make sure to roll fenders....this allows you to drop lower and stay in factory specs with your camber

BC Coils shouldn't cost you more than a grand, that's assuming you do the install yourself. If I remember right I got my BC coils for around 900-950, installed them myself and then spent $60 to have someone roll the rear fenders.

Couldn't complain a bit, loved the coilovers before I went stupid low, they perform well at normal heights and are comfortable. They also get pretty low, but of course you'll sacrifice some comfort doing so.

Don't forget to add some camber kit or you'll be chewing through tires like no other. The simple 3/4" drop from 350Z springs put my front at -1.5 and that was enough to tear up the front tires in about 6-7 months.
