1st Time G Owner!
Im looking to purchase my first infiniti tomorrow! Looking at an 06 g35 coupe in black. Do you guys think 16999 is a good price or should i try and talk him down more than that? Just looking for an idea on how much to offer them! Thanks! Looking forward to contributing some cool stuff to the site in the future!
Ah my bad! The car has 72000 miles, premium wheels, moon roof, multi cd changer, all power seats, seat warmers. Most of the usual as far as that goes! No scratches on paint and one small blemish in the interior. It's a really good looking car!
I wish i lived in the states.... cars sound so much cheaper over there.
Hope the deal goes well

Sorry to jack this thread but didn't want to create a new post and p*ss off some people here but I'm looking to buy one this weekend too and was wondering what price I should offer them. It's a 2006 Gray coupe with 58K miles, Navigation, premium wheels, black interior, all the standards. Autotrader list $17,900, Whats the right price I should offer?
Dunno where you live but $16-17k is about norm for 70k miles and in good/perfect condition down here in FL. The only G coupes down here going for less than 15k have 100k miles and/or are pretty well "used".

I would have to agree here in cali the G's that go for 12k are pretty beat up...
I think it sounds good. Especially if it's in good condition. I just bought mine last week. 2004 G35, Black, 5AT with 50K miles for $15,500. A few years newer would up the price a bit so I think it makes sense. Even with the extra miles. Mine had been listed for $16,900 but got knocked down because it had been on their lot for about 2 months. You might be able to get it down a grand or so. I would say $15,900 would be fair with those miles.
And I agree, most of the G's I saw here in Chicago for about $12-13,000 were pretty beat up. If the interior is good, no scratches and no accidents I would pay the extra for sure. Be sure you check it over real well.
Check the bolts on the body panels and look if any paint has been removed which would show signs of repair work having been done or body panels removed. Look down the engine bay and see if there's any oil, check body panel gaps for consistency.
Good luck!

To the OP:
My G had been sitting on their lot for no more than 24 hours before I saw it and came to check it out. It took 4 days for me to finally decide on it as I was looking at anoher similat milage and price on a second lot. I walked on the one that I own, 1 day later the dealer calls me up because he will take $18k with my $5,500 down. Be prepared to walk, theres plenty of G's to he found; check out the marketplace for one in your area or relatively close. Don't settle on a price just because the dealer is trying to play their part.
