So my spoiler light is out on my '05 coupe. Does anybody know how to replace this? I read a lot of mixed threads, some say i have to take the whole spoiler off, others say thats not true.

Dose anybody know how to replace this light and where I can find a replacement light? Is it possible to DIY?

 

this hapened to my 05 sedan, i did have to remove the spoiler. its not hard to do. i got my spoiler lights at spoilerlights.com

 

do they have the OEM's on spoilerlights.com?

 

not sure if they are oems but fitment is perfect. i had the stock spoiler lights which the housing was red and then i saw the clear housing ones on that website and bought them. the housing is clear but when you press the brake the leds light up red. 4 screw hold the spoiler light, also you have to take the trunk lining off to do the wiring.

 

 

i honestly have no idea how to do the wiring. I could probably get the spoiler off...but after that I wouldnt really know what to do

 

i spliced the wires and used electrical tape. no problem ever since. btw where are you located at?

on the coupe i think you have to remove the spoiler.
