Nah man I'm not butt hurt. It's all tomato, tomato, potato, vodka. Ive just been waiting to do this since I bought the car in August. Like I said the black on black with the chrome trim is really good looking. I just like the DG with black looks more aggressive to me

not feelin it either, your car your choice though.
I think it would look way better in glossy black IMO

i would say the stock chrome grill looks 10x better than your black sprayed grill.. not to be mean, but the chrome makes it look luxury, and u painting them black makes ur car look real cheap.. i guess you dont like to make them grills bling bling

I love all of my chrome. Matches my wheels and motor nicely.

Chrome wheels or even a chrome lip would look good with the chrome trim. I know what you're sayin though as far as wanting something different. IMO, gloss black or a chrome black would have looked better than matte. Matte just seems to "cheapen" our cars in my eyes. I think it's a trend that will run it's course before long.

Well it's not permanent so I'll be able to go back. Half the issues I've had are making it not peel off when I pull the tape. So going back is a breeze. Except for the grill it's done in paint which due to my apts lovely sprinkler system watering the entire parking lot every night looks worse than the trim so I'm using the dip on it now.

Side note was your "Chrome" grill chrome chrome? My was like a smoked chrome when I got it so maybe that's another difference. I hade " chrome" stainless trim smoked chrome grill and then chrome emblems. Too much going on for me. Now it's either DG or matte black.

And again fellas reversible. Which I love more than either choice.

Thanks man, appreciate the compliment. I like to be the one that shows chrome can work on a G if done correctly.
