Remember to use pb blaster on the nuts. Unless u got a lift the amount of room you got under there and the angle of things will make life suck trying to wrench some of them loose. Also spray some lube on the rubber hangers as they are a bitcch to pull off.

Also a open end socket or ratcheting wrench for those v-clamps

Sorry this is from a few pages back... You have movement up, down, and side to side with the 4 posts on the hood. Its kinda tricky and you need 2 people to really get it done easily. BUT no matter what I did with the struts on it caught... So thats why I grinded it down. Like I said no one will really know since not much is taken off. I as just tired of dealing with it.

What kind of strut kit is that you have guitar? My hinges on the Circuit Sports seems to be different.

NRG Carbon Fiber ones bought from Outcast Garage. They are low compression.

K&N drop-in and Z-tube on Saturday. So proud of myself considering I have little to no mechanical experience. Now I feel like doing everything myself.
