Really depends on what hood you want, my best recommendation is just to wait until a crashed car with a cool hood comes through my shop. The parts hood you need cost about 400 alone, so getting that recycled cuts a huge cost right off the top. I could probably build you one in the 600 range depending on style and color.

I get what you're saying, IUO the plastic piece need to be a shinny chrome. But in all honesty I LOVE the subtleness contrast of the piece paired with the black and chrome shroud.
