How many employees does it take to find a fill plug?

While changing my tranny and dif fluid, i had to run to infiniti to get a fill plug because mine stripped. Simple task i thought. Heres what happened...
The guy asked for my year and model. I said "06 g35 coupe". He looks on his computer for a few minutes then asks "is your coupe awd or rear?" i stared at him thinking if i should tell him coupes dont come in awd, but i just kindly said rear.
Then after another few minutes, another employee goes over an stares at the computer with the first guy. Then a third employee...
Finally a fourth, the parts manager, comes up and says "we have none in stock. We can bring it in in two days"
So i said "there has to be another model that shares the same plug. Im sure its not just the g35.."
He says "i doubt it but ill look"
Another couple minutes then says "nope"
So i said "ok ill go to nissan and see if they have a 350z one"
He then goes back after a couple minutes and finds one from a G....
So 4 employees and about 20 min to get a fill plug...smh

That was at an Infiniti dealership???? Wow. You'd think if anyone in the world knew what they were talking about, it'd be these people. I would have RAN out of there.
