TSBs and warranty, how do they work?

So im in Vancouver, Canada
2008 G35x
My lease ends in a few weeks and i plan to buy it out soon.
its at 60k KM or 37k miles and in 3 weeks, i will have owned it for 4 years. (meaning warranty is over in 3 weeks)

Ive noticed that the few of the problems i have have TSBs for them.

Brake judder,
Accelerator squeal,
Door outside weatherstrip has 'fallen out', only about 1cm so not a biggie.
Stuck CD, wont eject.

Dont know if this has a TSB but:
Steering wheel finishing is peeling off

If i ask, will these problems be fixed for free under warranty?

my main concern is the cd player and brake judder but for brake judder ive been declined any free work and was only offered rotor resurfacing (wear and tear).

I can go to a different dealer and actually am tomorrow for an oil change and a look at the cd changer problem. Though id suspect they will say i used 'burnt' cds and its a user genereated problem? (how would they know its a burnt cd without fixing it tho)

So, what can i do?

If the car is still under warranty then they are obligated to perform the TSB, as required, if the issue meets the TSB description.
If there is a TSB (brake judder, weatherstrip) you should have no problems from a dealership.
If there is not a TSB (trim peeling) you are at the mercy of the dealerships discretion.
Good luck!

When your car is under warranty the dealer is obligated to repair anything that is defective and was not caused by owner neglect. That sounds like the majority of your problems. TSBs are Technical Service Bulletins and describe to the mechanic how to spot, test and repair issues as they arrise. If they happen beyond your warranty the dealer is not required to fix them for free. It is up to the descretion of the dealer. Definitely get the CD problem taken car of. If you have the bose premium sound the head unit costs about $1700.00
