HELP! Any body know how to re-key a door lock cylinder?

HELP! Any body know how to re-key a door lock cylinder?
Long story shorth had to buy a door lock cylinder for my 2006 g35 coupe. Bought a used lock cylinder of eBay and have heard that there easy to re-set the pins for any other key.

Tried searching her and on YouTube. Does anyone have any experience with this or can lead me to DYU?

Also does anybody know the correct name for this process? That might help me find it on YouTube quicker
