It drives awesome, good power, and sounds good. I'm selling mine because I needed a truck, but I'm gonna miss her!

Wanted a V6, RWD coupe.
IMO it had the best lines of any car at the time in my price range.
Considered a used E46 M3 but maintenance costs killed that dream.

I wanted something classier than the 350z, yet still sporty. Having a back seat is a huge plus. The first night I met my girlfriend could have gone differently if I was unable to squeeze her and her sister in the back

I used to sell Mazda/Lincoln vehicles and someone traded in their 04 Blk Coupe. My job had me driving every kind of car under the sun and I really did enjoy driving that G35 until it sold. I even told my coworkers that I was gonna get one of these some day.

Before i bought my car i was looking at e46's and found a few nice M3's but I had a co-worker with a 350z and another co-worker with a G35. They let me drive both of them and it was love. Plus at that time i don't think i would have wanted to pay to maintain the beamer

cause it squeak and rattles. I love the craptastic mpg and the gobs of power this fine machinery produces. The car gets me VIP access at clubs and free ciroc at all the bars. Only thing crappy is the 6mt and I wish it had an automatic like all the kewl kids.

At the time, even with my employee discount, I still could not afford it. I like my 06 black on black/nav better! That one was black/tan No nav..

It was between G35 Coupe / E46 M3 / Acura TL-S. The E46 was well above what I wanted to spend for my taste, and not to even talk about maintenance on it. The Acura was high on my list but at the end of the day its FRONT wheel drive I already have a Saab 2.0T that's a front wheel drive so that eventually faded out.

The G35 is the most balance sport coupe in the price range I was targeting. 2 Door luxury sport coupe / V6 / Nissan reliability / 4-seats to boot(big points with the wife on this one) / The best sounding exhaust I'm so glad I did not settle for the AT.
