I have his full address, and it matches up with a Jennifer, Kanji, and Fumi Fukamoto that live at the same address. Amazon isnt very nice to deal with, so I have turned to the internet gods. I am desperate for any help i can get, anybody know him or want to drop by his place for me?

I entered into a horrible mess with Dell / Alienware over 4400- went on for months... was a fricken nightmare. Finally, having hit my limit, I filed a BBB complaint and the next day someone from Dell executive support emailed me... Had a cheque in my hand a week later. Next time, I'd start there-

Evidently SOMEONE took your money... at SOME bank SOMEWHERE... Amazon either completed the transaction or didn't...
Anyway- you can go ahead and "turn to the interwebs" and talk about it in a forum all day expecting people to go do house calls (and possibly be cut into sushi roll filling) on your behalf- but how about instead you just "Be a mehn. Do the RIGHT thing!"
Im working on bank disues right now and police report will be filed Monday. Amazon is saying the transactions were fraud and that there is no account on the sellers end. I am waiting for clarification on this. He told me last night he doesnt even have an amazon payment account, and they confirmed it.

Here is my latest email from Amazon. Im waiting on another call because this is total bullshit. I went directly to their website to initiate the payment, I did not clock on a link to pay. I can log into my account and see the payments posted there and completed as well.

I think too many people have interacted with this guy and bought other expensive items off his build for him to actually scam.
Popular people in a small group don't just take $7,000 and walk away (believe it or not, the "car crowd" is relatively small- especially when it involves someone with a unique build). It's too risky - his car was on the cover of TURBO magazine for heaven's sake:
However, I would either get with someone who can visit him in person or immediately start to take legal action. Like... first thing Monday morning. Use today to gather all your info/evidence to present. The longer you wait, the worse.
Even if it wasn't a scam and something has happened which has delayed payment or shipment, if you feel bad about the deal back out while you can. Save you 7K and buy another build. Built blocks are not hard to come by here and on My350.
