i didnt really used it as a packaging material.. i was going to use buble wrap but each rotor weight more than 20 pounds each so i didnt think that need it anything i just put them inside a box and put flowers that i had on top of each rotor just to cushion them.. same with caliper put the on foam with plastic bags to prevent them from scratching each other. he just making a big deal cuz he wants me to get him new stainless steel brake lines, thats the fact.. trying to be an smarta55 with me ill more smart55, if he would of come up to me straigh and tell me hey the brake lines "crease" "kinked" whatever give me 40 bucks and i put the rest to buy upgrade brake lines but no hey give me 100 theyre broken.. pssh he lying i know online buyer when theyre honest and when theyre dishonest..first he told me 3 brake lines were broken im like what ??

btw front stainless steel brake lines are 70 bucks.. or am i wrong.

again, not gonna pay you any more money for your mistake. I did come out and say they were creased and kinked, you denied it until hours later. I already ate the cost and bought SS lines cause OEMs are $140+ new and SS are around $100. Hope you feel good ripping someone off. Plastic bags will prevent scratches, which doesn't matter since I was going to repaint them anyway. I was worried about the brake lines bending which is what happened in the end anyway thanks to flower pedals doing diddly squat.

Yeah, you didn't want to use bubble wrap cause the hardware was too heavy, therefore you went with flowers. Genius move.

Read your own post and texts, I didn't use the word broken, I said "bent" and "kinked". Don't accuse me of lying when I have the pictures to prove the damage and you even posted your own texts of what was said.

Oh, and buying brake hardware from eBay? The very stuff that's the most crucial part of stopping my car, yeah right. I want to install better brakes, not end up dead because of substandard aftermarket lines.I would rather deal with vendors, not people like you.

Tell me about it, flowers to pack heavy brake hardware. That is a first in my book. When I first opened the box I was like, holy crap, I received someone's undelivered Valentine's day present. Then reality set in, lol.

I don't understand why you put flower petals in there. They don't even provide any cushion. Why cheap out out on packaging? You saved $5 and brought upon yourself this mess. At lest if you had packaged it correctly you would have a better argument as to why you don't have to replace whatever it is he wants replaced.

Advice to OP. Take screen shots of both pages of this thread for your PayPal dispute.

You have the seller admitting to improper packaging.

You'll win.
