Hey guys. I'm lookin at pickup up a duraflex GTR front, Godspeed rep exhaust, wrapping my roof in carbon fiber vinyl and plasti dipping my wheels white. Also I'll be getting SLAMMERED on lowering springs so if you guys have any Illest or canibeat or really any other sticker showing how anti speed bump I am, that I can have, that'd be DOPE. Ty.

Sad to hear the site is "dying" since I'm a fairly new g35 sedan owner and member of the forum. This site has been great for finding out all the info on our cars and yes I frequently use the SEARCH. People who get flamed honestly probably deserve it from the things I've seen, but no one likes to look like a fool so all the b.s. starts and there's a lot of it. Just a reminder to all the vets, there are still some young guys coming up that have some class and appreciate all the advice that has been given. I'm loving my 06 G and I'll have it for years to come, modding as much as I can while still keeping it a classy G and not a riced out p.o.s. Hope to see the forum pick back up cause it's really useful.

So the "search function" on the forums are usually not the greatest. But, I do a search on google and I usually produce my answer that way which leads me directly to the forum. I'm newer to this forum but not new to a forum or cars in general.

It probably will pick back up when people start buying them to modify and play with, but I think then we will get more of the rice boys that wanna run 50mm spacers on their stock plastidipped wheels and run a bunch of cheap knockoff parts.

I think today was the first time I clicked "new posts" in over a year.

My G is long gone and have moved to a different platform, but I still read the threads I'm currently subscribed to and I try to keep my current build thread current...lol.

I've made a LOT of friends from this forum. As a matter of fact, the people I associate with the most have some how stemmed from being part of this forum.

As the V35 gets cheaper to buy, the "cheaper" the owner will be. We will not see as much pride being taken in these cars as we saw 4-5 years ago.

There are replica EVERYTHING now for these cars and you can piece together something that looks better than it really is with next to nothing invested. And that has further deterred the OG members from even posting anymore. None of the younger "cheaper" owners appreciate what has already been done and can't seem to understand that they aren't the first.

how much would it take to get a twin turbo to make 500whp? i have about 1000$ to spend

Before I clicked the link I was like.....dude...Walmart actually has a spacer now....

for real tho the sears website has almost everything auto too. they must have some kind of third party distribution or something cus you can buy a lot of things off that site and the prices aren't bad and you get the sears policy (im assuming). although I never bought anything from there but I thought it was interesting lol u can even buy body kits off the sears site

A lot of us are on FB since it is more active and more technical.
