Is Infiniti service trying to rip me off? Help!
Is anyone familiar with EDGE the program that some dealerships and their service department use to give you inspection results?
I have a question for anyone familiar with this program.
Underneath "Original Customer Requests" it seems like the service lady typed in a diagnosis for the mechanic to give me.
How else does it say "rec to replace right pass seat air bag to prevent self deploy" and "rec to replace radio circuit board" under the part where it says "Original Customer Requests"

I guess I'm confused... But it looks like it recommends you to do these things.
Aka they aren't screaming it out loud but it mainly sounds like they didn't look that far into it.

The radio issue is crap... Fawk the dealership for the radio. Buy a double din setup. Now as far as the airbag... up to you. I don't have any experience with that system malfunctioning.
