Duplicate and program transponder key

2003 G35 coupe

Could anyone tell me the best and cheapest way-outside the dealer network-to get a duplicate and program a transponder key?

I have one of the two originals-lost the other (I also have the valet key) and I also have a five digit code that was given me when I brought the car that was said to be the key code.

Specifically any locksmith in Bergen or Passaic Cts, NJ, area would be most welcomed.

For the lost wireless FOB, I've read where if I buy one on e-bay, they can be easily programed-is that true?

Thanks.

FOB is easy, search the forum and you'll find the instructions. The key, find a locksmith, that'll be your lowesr cost.

Yes, from what I've read it seems very easy to program the FOB.

What I found particularly interesting is that procedure does not program the FOB, but the FOB programs the on-board computer.

Which makes me ask, is the on-board computer able to work with two different FOBs, i.e., if I program the new FOB, will the original FOB also still work?

If you add a new FOB, the old FOB still works.
