There are very few "builds"
The kids with plastidip sponsorships and Camberorgy decals on their windshield are not builds and unfortunately that's really all that is left. Other than that enjoy the select few who post up a pic or two in the "what did you do today thread"

there use to be some epic builds back in the days. Now it's just intakes and plastidip. Not much crazy stuff.

Back in the days there was a sedan to coupe front end conversion, coupe to M35 front conversion, wide body FX, martys wide body G with my favorite feature GTR door handles, GreenGoblin
just to name a few

^Plastidip is not the problem, problem is that people think that plastidipping a grille is considered a build and worth a thread.

Sad but yes... There aren't very many builds left. Because the people that could afford to spend an extra 15K on a 35K car have moved on to something new.

I am still making payments, so no modding until that's squared away.

Gotta have money to play. That is true that ppl have no money to do a build. Its mostly ppl that have well paying jobs that are probable in there 30s.

I agree. I dip my whole car cause I just dont know what color I like haha....

As far as building and modding. Yea those who have higher paying jobs are more into other vehicles as of now... BUT I could have bought one of those vehicles... I was eyeing IS-F's and Audi's... Why did I grab a G35??? Endless mod options. There are so many parts available... ALSO its a extremely EASY car to work on. If I blow the motor, I can build a new one that could handle 6-700 hp for around 5-8k... In my eyes its a winner. Obviously you can drop in a crate motor thats a race engine and easily rack up 20-30k.

It's custom. Bumper is stretched OEM bumper. Lip is probably also stretched.
