Just posting my experience with this member to hopefully spare someone else the hassle I just went through.

I'm not discouraging anyone from doing business with him. If you feel like the issues below won't be an issue for you, by all means, buy from him/sell to him. I, however, wish that I had seen some feedback of this type of behavior before I attempted to sell to him.

Not mad at boostelevator, either. Some folks are just like that (emotional/anger issues maybe). Again, just thought I'd do someone else the favor I wish someone had done me so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you want to deal with him or not... Just a PSA, do with it what you will.

Quick summary;

-I posted a classified ad to sell my OEM exhaust
-He messaged me with an offer and I accepted
-I told him I was going out of town and we'd do the deal when I got back (4 days) and he agreed
-Messaged him when I got back as promised
-He asked me to sell for 25% less that the price we agreed upon (the price he set)
-I declined (I thought politely - you can judge based on the images in the link below)
-I recieve a series of vulgar messages in response
-No deal as I'd rather sell for less to somone else than put up with his behavior at this point
-I sell the exhaust to another member a day or so later
-After the sale to the other guy is final, I leave negative feedback for boostelevator based on his abusive behavior - link with that feedback and pictures of his text harassment here (NSFW):

In hindsight, I should have ignored the flurry of texts this morning - my mistake for replying at all...

In any event, be aware of what this guy can/will do if a deal doesn't go exactly his way. If you do work with him, I'd recommend sticking with site PM only for communication.

By the way - If I did screw up and use the feedback feature incorrectly, I apologize. Mods - feel free to remove the feedback I left for boostelevator, but kindly also remove the retaliatory negative feedback he left for me if you do.

What everyone doesn't know is that after he cried about it all day, I offered him his asking price and he refused. I can make whatever offer i want and change it whenever I want, the same way he made me wait 4 days at his desire. You seriously made a thread about someone because they changed their offer.
