1/4" ABS plastic sheet
place the bumper on the sheet. trace out the front bumper. cut with dremel. sand out the corners to give oit the bezel look and black plasti dip

I could be wrong but that looks like the 06-07 sport coupe bumper, not a lip per se just the way the bumper was molded.

Just brought this beauty home Wednesday, a 2005 RWD. Wheels are a little rough and the paint has a few flaws - and of course I need to fix those cloudy headlights - but interior is flawless with 99k miles on it. I love the weird red/orange color, whatever it's called, very unique and does interesting stuff in the sunlight.
And has those beautiful G35 taillights and that wonderful VQ35 engine note.
Replacing my beloved (seriously, I LOVE this truck) QX4 that at 220k miles is sadly just falling apart in every way. I've had it for 10 years, it kills me to see it go, but it's time.
