Maybe I'm getting old but your math seems off. If you have 9 committed and you are trying to reach the 10-15 plateau seems like you only need 1 more, not 2.

 

I think it's a typo. first is 1-5, next is 6-10 , both not starting at the number left off on, and then it goes 10-15, I think he means 11-15
