My 03 consumed more, about a quart or so every 2k miles. Now it's maybe 1/2-1/3 of that on my 05

 

Thanks I was just curious I purchased a 05 6mt with 64k recently and wasn't really sure about the prevalence of the OC issues. I've been keeping a close eye on my oil levels vs mileage and it doesn't seem to be an issue with this coupe either.

 

I have an 05 5AT with 137K miles and burn through almost 2 quarts of oil in 5K miles on a very meticulously maintained motor. Can happen to anyone at any mileage sadly, just seems to be more prevalent with the rev-up motors.
