Preventative maintenance on a used car

Hello people! I have only been an Infiniti owner 4 days, picked up a 08 G35X with 107kms in Quebec. I think I did well for buying an almost 10 year old car.
Carfax shows zero accidents, as well as regular service at an Infiniti dealer.
The dealer owner even claimed it was his cousins car, who is a 55year old mechanical engineer who babied it!
The dealers last name and the last name of the previous owner of the car did match.
I payed $9,800.00 plus tax. I think a decent price?
It has the tech ,premium, and navigation package. Interior and exterior are extremely clean, so was ok with the price.
Zero issues on the 750km drive home. And no oil consumption.
Averaged 8.9L/100km.

I want to give this car a good once over. Change all fluids, inspect everything well. Etc.
But I'm new to these cars. Wondering if you folks with experience wrenching on these cars may have a pointer or two, on g35 specific maintenance/ areas to keep an eye on.

My current list consists of.

*engine oil and filter
*air filters
*ATF drain and fill
*spark plugs
*accessory belt
* front and rear diff
* transfer case
* dripless oil undercoating/ rust proofing on underside of vehicle
* wax paint

Is there any things I am missing?
It's such a nice car. I want to try and maintain it the best that I can.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/ recommendations !
And here is a picture of my car.

This section of the factory service manual has everything you need.

You can view the entire FSM here, it starts with the FWD file.
