Help! It just isn't the same. 05 sedan 6mt

OK, so the other day I decided it was time to do some new plugs. The G had been feeling a bit sluggish and I didn't change them when I had the engine out, (had the car two years) so who knows when they were changed. Well when finished I left the MAF unplugged and started. Instantly knew what I had forgotten. Got the service light. Then I decided to clean the MAF and TB. (i didn't pull the TB or move the butterfly valve, planning to change lower and add spacer soon) After cleaning I did the reset Ecu and throttle pos. Idle learn procedures, all that they involve. Even kept the thing at 1800rpm for 20sec for exhaust valve.
So... Now my car seems like a family car. Before it had some get up and go, but now it sounds quiet, seems to Rev up faster like it's wound tight. I don't know what I did, but it doesn't feel like the same car. I have no idea if it had a tune on it or not. I've got no lights or anything on - on the dash. Any thoughts?

I would perform the resets again, make sure when doing the exhaust valve timing reset you have the headlights, AC, rear defogger all turned OFF and the steering wheel is pointed straight ahead.

I've got a Bluetooth dongle coming in the mail. Nds2 on the phone ready to go. We'll see if that makes a difference. The car runs and idles fine, just doesn't have the butt hp feel like it did before all this. The old plugs were showing lean when I pulled them.

Well in preparations for changing the lower plenum and adding a spacer, I wanted to get some measurements for making a custom air box to eliminate heat transference. When I pulled my stock air tubes the resonator chamber on the mid section was about to fall off. So, cut a piece out of it to rtv back onto the pipe, but needed to use the car while waitingfor this to harden. I foundan old 3" weapon r flex tube and aggressively persuaded it into place, popped a small breather I had from 4x4 venting into the valve cover to intake hose and did the idle learn procedure again. Holy cow! It doesn't wind out like it did before, pulls harder on the bottom and has more travel from 4k on. I don't think I want to put the factory piece back on now. Still haven't decided what I'm eventually coming off the TB to the pop charger. Guess I'll build the box first then see what kinda length I need to reach it.
