Rate My G35 Coupe

Hey everyone!

I bought a coupe a few months back and i’ve done some things to it. I want some rates and critiques on my car aswell as my photography of it. I appreciate all of your time, and if anyone’s curious I’ll be posting everything i’m building and adding to it on my instagram @pinebuilt.

Welcome!
Needs better lighting - I can't really see much. The car looks a little beat from what I can see and could use some spacers if you're looking for critiques.

What's been done to it? Welcome to the G forum

Straight pipe and cold air. Aswell as some interior stuff like a double din with carplay and stuff like that. How big of spacers?

Lmfao they’re temporary to pass inspection. Previous owner hit something and destroyed the passenger one

I'm going to be completely honest with the rating. But remember it's just one man's personal opinion so take it for what it's worth.

Headlights=fail
Straight pipe=fail
Cold air, useless and an unnecessary expense=fail
Photography=fail
Wheels, can't really see style but sunken in=minor fail
DD install=major win!!

Overall without better pictures I'd give her a 4.5/10.

Hello and welcome to the G community. Now that your car has been rated, here are few suggestions, they maybe against your preference or maybe you'll like them but the best way to figure out which route you'll go is to research.

Photography - do not use smartphones for taking pictures, grab a compact mirrorless camera and learn ISO, SS and F-stop/aperture.
Headlights - 06-07 oem projectors (functionality and factory look)
Exhaust - full dual catback system with HFC or ART
Intake - rev-up box with z tube, 5/16 MD
Wheels - tons of options, can't go wrong with oem rays 19's

Not many have the nav so can't really help. I can tell you that my Metra kit also fits like absolute crap with huge gaps, because it is.
I just had very good results paying a shop $150 to weld $120 worth of straight through Total flow mufflers onto my dual exhaust, it still screams at WOT but nice and quiet at low loads inside.

Check out some junkyards or find a partout on Facebook for the best price. Ebay might have it too

You need the Kuruma Z front bumper, Impul side skirts, and Chargespeed rear. It's how the car should of came stock.

There's a relatively new cheaper yet better fitting DD kit available for the 03-04G's. It's made by Scosche and there's a lot of info/discussion about it here, is that helpful enough?
