Many citizens (millions) voted by mail and there was a time limit that these votes needed to be counted, somehow the Libs got an extension to get the votes they needed to elect those they wanted in office. Most exhaust aren't that bad. It's the shltty ones the muffler or resonator delete that they should look out for. Matter of fact, it's illegal. So they should enforce this rule and why not make a few bucks while they're at it?

^ The exhaust law has been in place for years. That's not the issue. The state can't make a punishment that violates the Supremacy Clause and particularly the 8th amendment. And that's what the $1000 fine now does now for an annoyance issue.
