More libtard Kommiefornia BS which violates the 8th amendment. It's just another prime example of Kommiefornia violating the Supremacy Clause.

Most of the comments seems to be supporting this?

Oh, CA by itself is the world's 5th largest economy. Pretty amazing considering People in the Red States claim we don't work. lmfao

^ being the 5th largest economy doesn't mean anything. China has the second largest economy, it doesn't mean it's a good place to live. Countries like Switzerland and Austria have economies that don't sniff the top 10, yet they rank consistently high regarding quality of life.

Agreed. Those countries are all socialist states. Free education, Free Healthcare, etc etc. Of course that standard of living is higher there.

So is Venezuela, China, and Cuba what's your point? We were discussing your silly statement regarding ranked economies equaling quality of life and freedoms, not the merits of socialistic governments

Trust me when I say, "We didn't vote for them!" Many citizens (millions) voted by mail and there was a time limit that these votes needed to be counted, somehow the Libs got an extension to get the votes they needed to elect those they wanted in office. I mean weeks or a month after the election day, I feel this whole election was dishonest as hell!

Most exhaust aren't that bad. It's the shltty ones the muffler or resonator delete that they should look out for. Matter of fact, it's illegal. So they should enforce this rule and why not make a few bucks while they're at it?

As far as noise go, I agree, those Harley are the most annoying and excessively loud pos I have ever heard. But you can't be an American w/o being loud and obnoxious (hello D. Trump). It's the American way. That's why some Countries should give out "what not to do when you visit" to all American tourists.

^ The exhaust law has been in place for years. That's not the issue. The state can't make a punishment that violates the Supremacy Clause and particularly the 8th amendment. And that's what the $1000 fine now does now for an annoyance issue. You don't see Kommiefornia fining people $1000 for talking/texting on the cell phone (which is a real safety concern) while driving do you? NOPE!
