G35 wheel wobble, what needs replaced?

I've had a wheel wobble on my '05 G35 for the past little bit, a friend of mine told me that a side to side was tie rods, and an all around was control arms. I got scared when it was an all-around wobble, but I pulled off the wheel and the control arm and tie rod don't move. The rotor and possibly hub are rocking but the caliper doesn't move with it. It looks like hubs, but I recently replaced those. Is there anything else that could be or was my hub install bad?

It could be a bent wheel. When did the wobble start?

I pulled off the wheel to see where it was rocking, and the brake rotor still rocks with the wheel off, so it doesn't seem to be like it would be the wheel. It's been doing it since before I replaced the hubs

The wheel holds the brake rotor down firmly. The rotor will always wiggle with the wheel off.

The bolts coming through the rotor shouldn't rock with it though, right? That would be hubs, but like I said, I just replaced them.

I'll check out the wheels though, how do I tell if they're bent?

I just raised that wheel in the air using a jack, turned off the traction and put the shifter in drive. Slowly gave it some gas while I looked back at the wheel to check if its spinning straight.

Obviously make sure u have the front wheels chocked. And dont press the gas pedal too hard.

Call a local alignment shop, tell them what's going on and schedule an appointment to have them look at it. Those guys literally deal with this every day of the week. Half the time a car comes in for an alignment job and they can't align it because something is worn out. They will know in 5 minutes what's wrong with your suspension.

Stay away from the dealership and big box store alignments, look for an alignment SPECIALTY shop. If you're not sure where to start call around to some of the local mechanics, hot rod shops, tuner shops, etc. Ask a few of them who they recommend and you'll probably start to see a pattern because most of them are probably using the same reputable shop.
