You don't, it's a factory sealed angle adapter. The new radiator will come with an angled piece as well as long as you purchased the correct radiator for a 2007-2008 sedan.

V35 chassis 2003-2006 sedan and 2003-2007 coupe uses a different radiator than the V36 chassis 2007-2008 sedan.

Your radiator support sounds broken; when I purchased my car, it was in that condition. Simply make a new order and do it yourself.
