Question suspension

I have wanted to swap out the stock suspension on my g35, but I can't figure out if I want to get lowering springs or adjustable coil overs.

I only want to lower the car by an inch or so cause this is my daily driver. Any suggestions / brand names?

If all you're looking for is an inch lower, then springs will be plenty. You should be able to find an OEM 350z spring and shock combo for less than $500.

350Z revised springs drop the sedan almost exactly 1" and still maintains great ride quality. You will need a camber kit for front and rear though so keep that in mind. You need a camber kit for ANY drop.
