Coilover talk for daily driver.
Coilover talk for daily driver.
New here and figuring out forums, please excuse me most likely asking annoying questions. I have an 03 sedan Mt, stock. I’m still young but I’m like an old man at heart. I want to keep it relatively stock, but maybe just up the fun factor a little. Rn I need to go through all my bushings and replace as needed (hearing a bit of clunking while driving and bottoming out in back hence my next question) but what I’d like to know from all of you is a good recommendation for simple, inexpensive(<$1k), comfortable but adds to the fun factor coilover set and what to get with them. Maybe a complete set/package with parts, or part list, whatever works. Thanks guys!
Welcome to the forums!
If you can save up and get a great set of coilovers, I'd consider the ones linked above.
Otherwise I'd look into BC Racings coils, some camber arms, sway bars like Hotchkiss and call it a day

Replace what you have to and save your money.
You will need it to keep your car going.
The G Is a very nice drivers car out of the box.
Once you go coilovers you will want adjustable control arms and anti sway bars and more grip and it doesnt end.
If you get cheap coilovers you will regret it.
Whatever you do, dont just throw lowring springs at your car.
