I bought spec d sequential side markers that work fine but when I have my lights on and the orange light flashes, white light comes out of the drivers side for a second before going back to orange but not the passenger side. Any suggestions?

 

Flip them to the other side and see if it works, if it doesn't then it's a bad side marker.

EDIT: You should also clean up the headlight ground wire just to rule out an electrical issue. They're located in the engine bay on the front of the wheel well, you will see a single wire landed on a 1-hole lug.
