I recently bought a used transmission with about 50k miles and today at the shop i figured out that my transmission is a 3 plug, but my new transmission is a 1 plug. Is there anyway that i can still install the transmission without any problems or issues or do i have to return the trans and buy a new one. I just dont want to go through the pain of getting another transmission but if i have to I will.

Have you considered looking for a used transmission from a salvage yard? Could be a cheaper option if you're handy with repairs or know a good mechanic. Might save you some cash compared to a new one.
