2006 sedan 2JZ swap

so we have a 2006 G35 sedan manual that we bought for an extra cd009 trans for our track car (it was brand new from a dealer) and part out the rest but we have decided to take the 2jz out of the track car that we haven't used in 3 years and make a streetable car (the G35) to have fun with instead of having a garage queen 2jz Silvia.

the G is burnt a little on the battery side and has ruined the body harness there. so the question is can we use an automatic body harness in that manual car since we are not using any original engine harness. the 2jz has a standalone we will be putting in. trying to think what differences there is. maybe just the neutral safety switch that we won't be using anyways...? basically we just need the lights and wipers and a few other things
