What do you hate about YOUR G35?
most likely its coming from the left side rear deck.
-in my 07 G35 i hate how the light in the golve box on the pasanger side always stays on...at night i can just see a little crack of light beaming thru right into my god damn eye
-the seat belt never retracks...wicked anoying
-the memory seats are not really memory seats...the dont remember siht
-the clutch gets way too stickey after a burnout at the track...gotta get that fixed
-the bose raido is too complicated to do anything with and the lighting in it has burnt out 2ce on me.
other that that ill take a G over almost any other car

the clutch in my bro's 04 GTO used to stop working after like 2 hard shifts, sounds like a similar problem...no idea what it is though
i hate how the seat belts lock you down if you accelerate hard, I think all new cars do that though

hey I like my G35, I can't find anything else I want more for the price. Certainly nothing with as good a mix of power, handling and luxury. I'm just picky about stuff and some people on here act like the G35 is an RSX(god's chariot)
If you look at it objectively the G wins over the rest of the used cars you could get for 10-20k
330i, Ci or Xi - Pros: Interior, looks, prestige, mpg, offers manual tranny with AWD. Cons: more expensive unless you get one with a ton of miles, more expensive to fix, slower, smaller interior
IS300 - Pros: Looks, reliability, interior looks better but everyone says its worse so idk, handling maybe. Cons: MPG, power, space, probably would have to get one older then 2004
SRT-4 - Pros: Fast, mod friendly Cons: everything
Cobalt SS/SC: ugh
Cobalt SS/TC: faster, great handling, braking, mpg cons: fwd, looks, reliability(i think), interior, exterior
WRX - Pros: Handling, mod friendly, awd Cons: Interior, hard to find used, not much top end power stock
TSX: Pros: looks, interior, reliability Cons: fwd, slow
TL: Pros: interior, smooth refined V6, reliability Cons: fwd, handling, overpriced

I mean, most car I have owned only had 2-3 problems. The G has SEVERAL problems. And most of them are recurring problems.
The only reason I still have is 1) it looks nice. 2) no one wants to pay KBB value for my car. (25k)
KBB is 25k. Check it yourself.

what tranny do you have? the 6mt is worth about 1500 more on KBB
they say in excellent condition $22595 for auto, 24000 for 6mt. That said NOBODY goes by the kbb price lol...especially not the excellent condition price.
edmunds TMV is $20,715, thats a more realistic price to go by
there are 144 G37s in cali on autotrader for under $29000 so who the hell is going to give you 25,000 for yours, I think you already have the answer to that.
of the 3600 2003-2006 G35s on on autotrader only about 15 are priced higher then 25k and most are at a dealer or have less miles then yours

It's a 6mt...
And exactly, no one is going to pay 25k for a G35. I know because I was offered 10-18k. Mostly from HS students.
Even when it's in good/great condition. Knowing what we all know now.
An unmolested 1998 Acura Type R can probably fetch more.

LOL
Ricer going for 29k

NADA is more accurate for retail prices. I would honestly use NADA retail, take roughly 2-4k off that price (depending on the condition of the car) and try to get that much private party
edit: JibberJabbers, unless you're a car dealer, 25k is far too much to want for your car.
look at KBB private party value
