So true about the internet giving knowledge/power to consumers. My cousin is a car salesman (he's a real scumbag too) and at a recent family gathering he was moaning about how everybody comes in with dealer invoice printouts from the internet; he was genuinely pissed. I love it!

Hey how did you come to be interviewed for US News?

 

On Edmunds they were asking for volunteers who had recently bought cars to share their experiences. I emailed them, but I thought it would be some small town rag that wanted some info, but I was surprised when one of the senior editors at US News called me.
