Lately I've been getting a very loud and annoying rattle from the base of my AT shifter. Has anyone tried to fix this rattle, or know what the fix is? I'm going to take apart my center console pretty soon to see whats causing it.

 

Just had that happen to me. Sounded like loose change on a bumping road bouncing on plastic? Base of my shifter came loose and was clicking...hopefully thats whats up with yours too because mine just pressed back on with little pressure...good luck...

 

Yep same thing with me also, mines been doing it since i bought it. Just havent had a chance to see whats going on.
