How much tread should be left for you to know when to replace? 1cm deep?

I have a little over 25 K on mine. I can hardly stand the road noise but they still grip half way decent. Definitley looking into a new set of tires in the very near future.

My rears have about 25k and they need to be replaced next spring when I put summer tires on again. The fronts still have a lot of life left.
