I am getting my G35 from CarMax. They are in the process of transferring the car from La to Florida, only 27 more days! It cost me $850 to have it transferred, a small price to pay considering they are transferring from La. Its a 2005 Silver/Black interior G35 Coupe 6MT with only 7k/miles for $31,700. The car still has the factory warranty, and is in flawless condition. What do you guys think of the price?

By the way, what silver did they have for the G35 in the year of 2005? Liquid silver or brilliant silver? Is there even any difference?

 

Thats a good deal...I think, for an '06. I've not heard anything bad about CarMax. As far as the silver color....I just got my '06 but they only had '05 brochure---'06 came in mail a few weeks ago. the '05 is Briliant Silver and '06 is Liquid Planinum. Liquid Platinum is a bit lighter and more reflective...not a huge difference from what I can tell. Does it have the spoiler?....most dealers will give you a choice of '05 or '06 spoiler since they've got them both in stock....I asked them to do '05 on my '06 diamond graphite....love it. The '06 spoiler is growing on me though.

Nice! I just got a 2005 silver/black new off the lot for 31,500, but its pretty base, just sunroof, satellite, trunkmat and splashguards.

Brilliant Silver is slightly different to Liquid Platinum.(which I have).... LP has a little more colour.

Thanks guys, I appreaciate the support! No I havnt seen the car in person, the only picture I have seen was the picture CarMax had up on their website which wasnt much. The car should be fine, considering it only has 7k miles and they did a walk around to make sure nothing was wrong. I already have a Momo shift **** on order . I will post pictures as soon as it comes!!!

 

I got mine brand new for $30450 with tinted window, satallite radio, splash guard, and 06 rear spoiler. It is automatic; not 6MT though.
