Seat Movement 05' Coupe
Hey guys,
I just got my 2nd oil change done on my 05' G 6mt. A few weeks prior I started noticing that sometimes under braking or acceleration the driver's seat rocked back & forth. I have an 03' Accord Coupe that has done this since day one (the dealer said this was normal for a power seat) so I wasn't sure if it was just me.
When I dropped the G off, I mentioned this to the service advisor. To my surprise, when I picked it up the problem was fixed. Apparently there is a TSB regarding this issue (ITB02-080B). The seat lifter link assy had failed and they had the parts in stock.
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case you are experiencing a similar problem.
