this is f'd up!

you know ive spent 20 min or so looking for my post where i was selling my OEM 18 rims and its not there. If it was removed my a moderator the least thing you could do is email me regarding the rules on this. I assume that since im not a PAYING member, i am not allowed to sell anything, but I sure hope thats not the case. If so, the least i could have recieved was notice. If not and i simply cant find my thread that was posted in the wheels section, then i appologize. RX

Thanks but thats not the one. It was a diffrent one with the title something like "18 OEM wheels and tires for sale" and then i posted 3 pics on that post followed by 3 more pics on the next post. I dont know where it went. and i did check to make sure that it posted just after having posted it. I really hope a moderator didnt delete it without any notice. I will be pretty dissapointed if thats the case. thanks anyway. RX

I looked in our quarrantine area but it's not there RX. It's possible that it was just erased.
Time constraints and activities deem whether someone gets a notice. If you don't get one, it's not due to ignorance or uncaring, but strictly a time thing. There are many posts that have to be evaluated, then moved, deleted, quarrantined etc etc.

The issue of marketing on the forums has been such a problem in the past, that the rules now say no selling on forums, only in Marketplace.
Please go over the rules periodically for updates and changes.

To let the posts stay would be unfair to the paying members whom have the right to post (in Marketplace).

..... and for a quick scan of the rules:

It would be nice to allow anyone with a siginificant amount of decent posts or significant time registered here post in the Marketplace. =\

This is the ONLY car forum I know of that demands money to be able to post For Sale stuff. Most are totally open and some require you be registered w/ x number of posts or months registered before you can post For Sale stuff.

That's a nice thought, Yacoub, but it's out of my hands....

hey no problem, I understand now why. if you want to be the top G forum i guess it must be done, or not! But what im upset about is that it was just deleted without being notified. and i know it was up becuase i checked it that day. anyway, I posted pics again on a post of someone interested and i think they are kept on the post so thanks.

BTW how much is to be a memeber. I will gladly pay 50 bucks or so a year. RX

imRACERX, I didnt delete it but please understand sometimes we do not have time to email every member about a post we delete. We do try, but sometimes times we do have time constraints as some moderators/admins do have day jobs.

Trust me I'm already backlogged on several items.
